To start off, I am in no way benefiting from promoting this sale. Okay, I might get a few of you to discover my blog or at least to become more interested in reading my articles, but I won’t get any monetary compensation or gifts. Okay, glad to have that out of the way.
I used to use L’Occitane quite often in my early skincare/makeup days. This was the brand I turned to when I became interested in beauty, but that was not really that long ago. I was a late bloomer, if you will, when it comes to this subject so I only started collecting beauty products around 2014 when I finally discovered just how much of a difference they can make in a young woman’s life. Beauty is not all about appearance, it is truly empowering no matter what some skeptics might think. Anyway, I am sure you all agree with me on that, so I will get to the point of this article now.
L’Occitane has a flash sale of up to 50% and it is an event I suggest you do not miss. This is for the UK only so I am sorry ladies and gents. You might not find all the products you might have had on your wishlist, but it is a good moment to get some of those long time favourites.
Personally, I found a few products that caught my attention and I would have spent even more than I already have, but from the sale I decided to stick with only 3 products – a mini fragrance, a soap bar (I am becoming obsessed with these!) and an oil cleanser (not that I needed a new one).
The reason why I haven’t purchases any of the hand creams even though they are absolutely amazing is because I am already inundated with hand creams at the moment and soon I will have to move again so considering my shopping habits I decided to stay away from at least some products, mainly the ones I already know that I love. Plus, I got a product that was not on sale as that is how I actually returned to the brand in the first place.
I purchased a super sized shampoo because I realised I love super sized shampoos with pumps. They are so easy to use! No more trying to get the product out of the bottle while in the shower! Maybe that is just me, but some of the bottles of shampoo I have been using lately are horrible (in shape that is). But that is not really my point. I rediscovered the brand by using the shampoo I ended up purchasing at a Crowne Plaza hotel I have been staying at last week. It made my hair feel so nice, almost as nice as when using another oil based shampoo and I knew I had to give it a prolonged try.
It did work out in my favour as with the purchase of the shampoo, my total went up enough to qualify for a gift with purchase so I will be getting an extra £23 of products that I look forward to trying out.
Here is my order if you need some inspo:
The Weekend Break Essential bag was a gift with purchase for spending £45. The prices shown include the discount. The Shampoo was not discounted, but there are some amazing value duos.
