Hi there! *waves sadly. I am Goji and this is my first time here at LBA. You might wonder what LBA stands for, well let me tell you. LBA means Lip Balm Anonymous. Oh my! Maybe I shouldn’t have said that out loud. It is supposed to be a super secret and anonymous club. Shh, don’t tell anyone as I cannot stand to get kicked out of here as well. Okay, I haven’t been kicked out of anywhere yet, but I am afraid that soon I will end up on the streets without a home and without a family.
My owner does not seem to love me all that much. I mean, she does pick me up every once in a while, but that usually happens when my siblings are no where in sight. I guess she does like be a bit since I am slightly smaller now and does appreciate my light packaging, but she prefers my siblings, that is for sure. I have seen how happy she looks when she wears them on her lips. I don’t want to admit it, but she does have a reason. *tries not to weep* My hydrating powers are limited and I am around 98% shear so I cannot even pass as a lipstick or anything similar. Please excuse me, I refused to learn the correct names of my distant relatives. You get why, right? I mean, I have enough on my plate as it is. Do you know how stressful it is to not be enough for your owner? I want to stay with her. She is nice and she took me off those dusty Sephora shelves and gave me a loving home.
I will go now as my fellow LBA members are waiting to hear my story. My apologies for burdening you with all of this, but I am so sad and I cannot help it. Hopefully we will see each other again some day.
