Cult Beauty Buyer’s Edit Goody Bag Contents

What do you need to do in order to qualify for the Cult Beauty Buyer’s Edit Goody Bag?

In order to get your very own goody bag, you need to spend £150 across products sold by the retailer. That is it! If the bag is not automatically added to your basket, you should add the BUYERGB20 code at checkout.

How much is the Buyer’s Edit Goody bag worth?

The Buyer’s Edit Goody Bag has a value of over £270 which means that this is quite a good offer.

Not only you get to choose products you want, but you also get some valuable goodies on top. Honestly, these are the best deals and totally worth waiting for.

When does the Goody Bag from Cult Beauty launch?

The Cult Beauty Goody Bag is already live. You can go straight to Cult Beauty and add the products on your wishlist to your basket :).

Not sure what to buy?

If you are unsure what to buy, I recommend you give Versed a try. Versed is a no nonsense brand that actually works and does not break the bank. Their cleansing balm is the best such product I tried so far and the best product from them that I tried to this point, but I have a few more products to go through.

As always, I recommend Sol de Janeiro. I absolutely love their products. You can read about their shower cream gel here, their hand cream here, their lip balm here and their famous body cream here.

There are also a few new brand launches such as Honest Beauty. However, if you live in the UK, Boots is a better option as you can get loyalty points on your advantage card…

Oh, another rec. I have is this device. I actually really love it. I got this a few months back when I wanted to get one of the goody bags and I really enjoy using it and what it does. I will review it in full hopefully soon.

Okay, so here are some of my thoughts. The newest goody bag from Cult Beauty is nice. It is actually nice. Personally, I already have most of the items included or have tried them which is why I am not exactly queuing up to get my hands on it. I was really looking forward to a goody bag as my Cult Beauty wish list is incredibly long at this point, but not sure I am going to get this one ( yes, I have said this before and I backtracked – it happened only once or twice though!) However, I did a bit of damage in the last few days and to think I had such a great month in terms of spending…

Anyway, the goody bag is not bad. Sure, the Buyer’s Edit Goody Bag is not as extraordinary as we have became accustomed to, but Cult Beauty never really went overboard and tried to impress. They did have some better offerings in the past, but I get the feeling this is as good as it is going to get for the next few seasons. Regardless of what the beauty advent calendars contain or will contain. They have no bearing on the goody bags as you actually need to pay for those. At the end of the day, a goody bag is “free” in the sense that you get some items on top of your purchase which is why I advocate for waiting for such offers whenever possible, especially when it comes to shopping brands that are carried by retailers that offer such promotions. Hope that made some sense.

I know this is a difficult decision at the moment, but if you were planning on getting some new beauty products then you might want to check this offer out. If you had no plans/no need/would stretch the budget or whatever else, then just forget it. There will be other offers and opportunities. Never put yourself in such a situation. Other things come first, I am sure you know this, but I always feel the need to remind you as there are some people who feel the pressure and there is no need for it.

Beauty should be about feeling good and having fun and not about comparing yourself to anyone else. Just saying. Have fun!

  1. So not hyped with that one. I’m glad because I want to curb my spending on beauty and with the upcoming Christmas season of course I will splurge. This year GWPs haven’t been too alluring to me. Nor is the most of the advent calendars that have been announced so far. Which is good, so I can continue to use up what I have and shrink my stash to a size I find reasonable.
As for CB neither this bag nor the previous one felt interesting or fun. With CB is not really about luxury for me but fun and novelty. Last year’s autumn bag was fun and had a cool edit: American brands.
Do you think the reason why this year’s offers seem lackluster is because of the pandem8c?

    1. I completely understand. The pandemic certainly had something to do with it as I am sure the goodies come from the brands. Some brands are less likely to spend on marketing. Either because their products sell anyway or because they don’t have the budget or wanna take the risk to spend so much on marketing at this time without seeing the same results they have become accustomed to. However, in general cult beauty goodies bags haven’t been the most appealing ones, but the products like you said are not necessarily luxurious but more versatile and offer a great opportunity to try something new that you can later get without breaking the bank.
