YOU Beauty – The January Box (worth £100)

I know! However, I could not help myself and had to share this other beauty offer I found. Okay, and I could not bring myself to write another review right now. I am feeling a bit uninspired. I even forgot to celebrate this blog’s 3rd birthday!! How can that be? I love every excuse to celebrate and whip up some baked goodies (even if I do not always eat them, but I love to experiment).

Price & Value

The You Beauty box is priced at £45 and has a value of about £100 which means that this box represents approximately a 50% saving.

The box is availble exclusively here. I don’t really know how these boxes work (I know, I know – will pay more attention in the future), but I have the feeling they work just like normal subscription boxes so this edition might be available one up the end of the month.

Comments

I do not have a lot of comments. The box is quite nice, just too bad for the size of the items included. I wish we would have seen a bit more value in this box, but it is still okay and the price is reasonable. However, it is not as competitive as boxes released by other brands.

While I cannot talk about the products as I have not tried them before, the brands are pretty amazing. I have no idea what two of the brands are like ( I am sure you can guess which ones), but the well known brands are quite good. The product I would like to try the most if the one from Medik8. Medik8 came out with some pretty impressive products from what I have tried so far and I am convinced that this one here is not half bad either. However, I am going to stop speculating as I have no business talking about things I do not have any experience with.

The contents overall look pretty nice in my opinion, however the sizes are a minus and the overall value of the box is a tad disappointing. If you can move past that, the box is not half bad.
