Yadah Daily Green Cactus Sheet Mask Review

The Daily Gren Cactus Sheet Mask

It hasn’t been all that long since I discovered Yadah products, but since the few products I’ve tried from them up to this date such as their toner pads or liquid version; they have won me over in a big way! Imagine my excitement when I found several other products from Yadah on discount this past Black Friday. As such, I decided to give the brand another go and see what else they had to offer.

For that reason, today I wanted to share a bit about my experience with the Daily Gren Cactus Sheet Mask.

Daily Gren Cactus Sheet Mask

The Daily Gren Cactus Sheet Mask from Yadah supposedly contains a bottle of ampoule. Honestly, I am not quite so sure about that. If they are referring to vial sure, but an entire bottle seems a bit of a stretch, especially since K-Beauty bottled ampoules are 30ml+. Seriously though, there is enough serum to go around.

Unlike other sheet masks, the Daily Gren Cactus Sheet Mask contains just enough serum, but not that much more than needed. You do get a sheet mask full of product, but not enough that it leks everywhere and starts dripping. In the pouch, there will be some serum left if you wish to use it, but it barely lasts for one use which is rather great as you won’t end up wasting any product.

Size-wise, the sheet mask from Yadah fits perfectly. I sometimes found that k-beauty sheet masks can be a bit on the smaller side, but that was not the case here. The mask itself was easy to unfold and apply onto the skin. I managed to do so without tearing it which is a plus. The paper/fabric used in the creation of the mask felt nice on the skin and was super comfortable. No complaints here.

In terms of ingredients, the ingredients that stand out are Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract, an antioxidant that might or might not have antimicrobial and antifungal properties, Opuntia Ficus-Indica Stem Extract which is derived from Prickly Pear (a cactus native to Mexico) that has soothing and hydrating properties. Another ingredient that stood out, to me at least, is the Lonicera Japonica Flower Extract which helps with inflammation.

As far as effectiveness goes, I am quite happy with the results. The Yadah Daily Green Cactus Sheet Mask did not break me out and the serum felt nourishing on my face. Despite having oily skin, the serum absorbed really well and did not leave a residue. Instead, the sheet mask and consequently the serum it contained left my skin hydrated and glowy.

Overall, I recommend giving this mask a try. You definitely will not be disappointed and Yadah might surprise you with what they offer. I would definitely buy it again.

    1. Same 😅 I mean serum is good, but once opened for too long and not bottled, I don’t feel like using it anymore and it goes to waste

  1. I like face sheet masks but having to flush the excess serum down the drain discourages me greatly from the experience so I’m on the lookout for masks that will not have me do that. I’m glad you pay attention to this too, so I can collect your recommendations:)

    1. 🙂 yes, I find it super important. Either there is enough serum left to apply the next day and that is it or for another DIY mask. But more than that is a waste.

There is a lot of waste going into these masks regardless of how effective they are. In Asian countries there are many brands that actually sell resealable pouches with 5-10 masks that are not individually wrapped. That is way better and there it makes sense to be a lot of serum so that the masks do not dry up. Locally the closest i got to that is through Sephora and their 1 minute mask but effectiveness is reduced.

It is far from a perfect system 🙁
