Innisfree Dewy Glow Jelly Cream: The Perfect Summer Treat for Your Skin?

Greetings, skincare enthusiasts! Today, I’ll be sharing my thoughts on a product that’s been generating quite a buzz in the beauty community – the Innisfree Dewy Glow Jelly Cream with Jeju Cherry Blossom. As a well-renowned brand, Innisfree is known for providing reliable, eco-friendly products rooted in the natural ingredients of the pristine Jeju Island. With summer upon us, I thought it was the perfect time to share my thoughts on this hydrating jelly cream.

Innisfree Dewy Glow Jelly Cream Review

First off, let’s dive into the basics of this product. The Innisfree Dewy Glow Jelly Cream is a lightweight, refreshing moisturizer that promises to deliver a dewy, radiant complexion. Featuring Jeju Cherry Blossom as its star ingredient, it aids in evening out skin tone and provides a brightening effect. The texture of this unique cream is best described as a hybrid between a gel and a jelly – light, transparent, and easily spreadable. Honestly, the product is almost water-like once it reaches your skin or as you scoop it out from the jar. It is strange, but it works.

Upon application, the Innisfree Dewy Glow Jelly Cream has a subtle, pleasant cherry blossom scent that doesn’t overpower your senses.

To use the Innisfree Dewy Glow Jelly Cream, simply take a small amount and evenly spread it across your face and neck after cleansing and toning. Keep in mind that due to its watery consistency, less is more. There is the risk that the product will end up on the floor if you try to scoop too much at once! Should you be looking to amp up the hydration, consider layering other products like serums and essences underneath.

In my personal experience, the Innisfree Dewy Glow Jelly Cream has been a real treat for my skin during the summer months. It absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling refreshed with a beautiful, dewy glow that lasts throughout the day. However, some aspects of the product may not suit every user.

Let’s weigh the pros and cons:

Pros:

– Light, jelly-like texture perfect for summertime

– Absorbs well into the skin

– Leaves a lasting dewy glow

Cons:

– Watery consistency that takes some getting used to

– May not be the most hydrating product, requiring additional layers of moisture for dryer skin types

– Not suitable for colder weather, as it lacks the protective barrier often needed in harsher climates

In conclusion, the Innisfree Dewy Glow Jelly Cream with Jeju Cherry Blossom is a lovely, lightweight moisturizer that delivers a dewy finish and brightening effect – perfect for the warmer months. However, its watery consistency and potentially insufficient hydration may deter some users. I would recommend this product for those with normal to oily skin in search of a light, refreshing moisturizer for the summer. For dry skin types or those in cold climates, you might want to opt for a different, more hydrating product to protect and nourish your skin.

I really like jelly moisturizers for the summer and I like Innisfree. Haven’t tried a lot from the brand, but I don’t remember any duds.
Adding to wishlist (for next year hahaha)

yay! I hope you will enjoy using this one. I haven’t encountered any product that have not worked for me at all from Innisfree either, however some do require some getting used to. This jelly moisturiser is the most liquid/watery moisturiser I ever encountered. It pretty much feels like water once you scoop it out. The orchid one that has a texture that bounces back to shape also felt weird until you got used to it…. it is an interesting brand, but requires a bit of patience and dare I say for the user to be open minded
