Lovely of Harrods to release a beauty gift with purchase after so long and even more so one filled with goodies that are not available in every second beauty offer we see out there.
However, I may have not mentioned this on the Liberty of London post, but it is sad that such beauty offers are no longer available to international customers, more so in this case than in others. Harrods managed to flourish due to their extensive international customer base and being excluded is disappointing.
We get that things are difficult but this lack of inclusivity is still upsetting. We all hoped that they would find a solution like other retailer have but it seems not.
In terms of products you do get a nice selection of beauty products with this gift however while there are some super luxurious ones included there is also an interesting and surprising amount of high street brands present as well. That’s as quite unexpected I would say.
In terms of value, the value is there but the threshold for the purchase is a tad high. I know that these gifts are not longer the same as they used to be but… you are better off this some other gifts including this one that just launched.
Overall, this is not a bad deal per de but you need to be interested in the products included and to want to either try them or use them again if you are already familiar with them in order for this offer to make sense.

It’s nice but as a nice extra to a planned purchase rather than a trigger for a purchase.
I still dislike Harrod’s after my encounter with their customer service a couple of years ago and am not keen to consider buying anything. Not that I can.
It seems that transport of perfume seems problematic for many retailers, surprisingly, since i.e. Cult Beauty has no problem with it (right now my parcel from CB that contains perfume is at customs) not to mention perfume houses that sell online.
