I am back with what I hope is a nice surprise. Harvey Nichols just announced the launch of their spring skincare beauty gift with purchase. This is a bit unexpected as they usually have only two such offers per year, in March and then later in Autumn. Let’s see what they have in store for us.
Harvey Nichols Spring Skincare Gift Contents

- Sisley Floral Toning Lotion, sample size
- Augustinus Bader The Rich Cream, sample size
- Augustinus Bader The Cleansing Balm, full size

Price and Value
Okay, so price is not the most accurate word to use in this case. The Spring Skincare Gift is free when you purchase 2 or more beauty products that amount to at least £150. As far as I know, the skincare gift cannot be purchased separately.
So, in order to get the gift, you need to spend at least £150 on two or more beauty products. Furthermore you need a UK mailing address. Yeah, you read that right. The promotion is UK only unfortunately.
The value of this kit is £285.
This beauty gift with purchase form Harvey Nichols is a limited edition so it is will be available only as long as stock lasts. Then, as mentioned above, the promotion is only valid for the UK.
In order to get the gift today, you must have been signed up as a Rewards member before today. If that is the case, you just need to fulfil the monetary requirements presented above and enter the SPRINGSKIN code at checkout.
The gift will launch for the larger public on February 2nd.
You can get the gift with purchase here.
The beauty gift with purchase is nice, but definitely vastly different in terms of size and value to the gifts we have became accustomed to seeing HN release. Hopefully this is not a replacement for their traditional gift as that would be a shame. The gift is nice on its own and something that I would have purchased, but the usual Spring gift is usually way better.
Yes, I would have gotten this gift with purchase, but it is a moot point since I am not in the UK at this time and they do not deliver to the EU… Hopefully this is a one time thing due to Brexit or current restrictions and not something that will stay in place.
Now, in terms of contents, I am happy to see some new items such as the Augustinus Bader The Cleansing Balm being included. That is something I had not seen before in a gift. I love the Sisley Toner and hope that everyone can get to experience it one day, at least in a travel sized format. However, that is one product I will never purchase in full size no matter how much I love it. The Dermalogica Age Smart exfoliator is pretty neat and perhaps the best one from its range. It is a bit overdone though which is a pity. Something fresh would have not hurt. On the other hand, the focus on skincare in this gift is something I can pretty much appreciate. So yes, I recommend getting this gift if you are looking for some new luxury items to try and if you really do need a good excuse to purchase some more beauty. It is not a must have though.

Are you tempted by this gift? How do you feel about the fact that this offer is UK only?
