As you probably already know, LookFantastic decided to bring back their super cute Easter limited edition beauty “boxes”. However, super does not even begin to cover it. Just wait and see what I am talking about!

But before that, I want to say that this year there are two different Easter Eggs. One of the editions is for US customers while the other is for UK and international.

Comments

I am sure you can guess what I am about to say. I am absolutely obsessed with the egg design and with the box. They look incredible and they fit my whole aesthetic perfectly. Honestly, I know that lately I have been a bit too enthusiastic about box design and such, but can you really blame me? Look just how beautiful the box and the egg are. There are definitely ones to keep.

However, since I can only get the UK version, I will probably skip this box. Don’t get me wrong, both boxes are pretty nice in terms of contents, but I like the US version more due to the inclusion of 111Skin and Erno Lazslo. The UK version contains many products I honestly cannot see myself ever finishing. I would be wiling to give them a try, especially the Color WOW and the Elemis oil, but I have owned and seen more Eve Lom cleansers to last me a lifetime. If I could go without ever owning that cleanser again, I would. Gladly. It is not a bad product, but it is not a favourite and enough is enough.

Overall… I honestly do not know what to tell you. The Easter Egg is so cute and even the box is reusable, but the contents of the edition I can get are not really items I can see myself using long term. I would be willing to give them a try… I am still considering the box as my mother is more than happy to take some of the products off my hands, but I really do not know. There will be many other offers and cute boxes in the future so probably I am going to wait. I realise I am a bit biased, but for some reason ever since I saw the US version, I lost some interest in the UK version and cannot stop myself from moaning about how annoying the situation is. It happens every once in a while *shrug. We cannot all be objective all the time. How about you?

What do you think of these two collection beauty boxes?
