Today I am back with yet another offer. I could not let this one go even though I have to admit that I did think about it, but no. I felt like this new beauty bag from Revolve deserved a bit of love as well and some you might agree with me, especially once you see what it contains.

Price and Value
The new revolve beauty bag is priced at £66 (VAT included) or $75 and it has a retail value of £198/$275. What is even better is that the bag contains not one, not two, but SEVEN full sized items. Okay, the price value ratio is also important and it does not hurt that it is a good one.
The bag is available for purchase here.
Okay, so I know that some of you might not be familiar with Revolve. If that is the case and if you live in the UK, you might want to read more about my first experience shopping at this retailer here. However, I am going to summarise it up for ya.
For my UK readers, yes, Revolve is an American retailer however that should not stop you. For UK buyers, Revolve includes all taxes and duties in their shown prices and on top of that they offer free shipping if you spend £70 or more. That is super easy to do as they have lots to choose from. There are a few interdictions, especially when it comes to certain beauty products, but otherwise you are good to go. The parcels get delivered in around 4 working days. Pretty much the same as with Victoria’s Secret.
For my readers in the EU. The experience is actually pretty similar. The exception though is that the prices do not include VAT, however you can choose to pay the fees at checkout and get a faster delivery with no hassle. I do not know about your country or whether this is a EU wide thing, however I had to fill in the paperwork myself. The experience was scary at first, however in the meantime I came to realise that it does not even compare to how long and tedious it is when the parcel is delivered by DHL instead. Revolve used FedEX as their partner. My experience was pretty okay and I had no reason to worry about those damn papers. The parcels arrived in 4 working days and everything was intact and in mint condition. The contents did not get checked at the border or anything like that.
Okay, now that we cleared that up, let’s get back to the Spring Essentials bag. I hope that by now you also realised why I said above that this bag needed some love. The contents are pretty nice IMO. Personally, I have been looking to try some of the Loops masks and seeing them here made me quite happy. Furthermore, 7 full sized items? That is actually pretty cool as it does not happen all that often anymore.
As for the products that I did try, I can only talk about the Tower 28 gloss which might seem unnecessary right now, but it does have an okay shelf life so you can save it for later. I kinda like the product, plus, it is not something you can get on this side of the pond as far as I know which made the product even more exciting. It is a good gloss, but I haven’t decided yet whether it is something worth purchasing on its own, especially for those of us who do not have easy access to the brand.
The only other product I tried from the lot is the Eve Lom cleanser. You might have seen me complain about the cleanser, however that does not mean it is not good. It just means that I received so many of them that I do not particularly care to see another one. The cleanser itself is pretty nice, it does a great job, however it does make it impossible to clean the cleansing cloth properly after a while (if you are using one). Also, the cleanser has a strong, herbal/plant like fragrance which might not be your cup of tea. It sure ain’t mine.
Overall, I don’t really know what else to say other than I am actually tempted by this beauty bag. The Essentials Beauty bag from Revolve contains a bit of everything you need to get you ready for Spring. It is reasonably priced and you get quite a bit of value. The fact that the beauty bag contains some products not otherwise available in Europe, makes all the more exciting for me. How about you?
