I am back with a new beauty offer, well more like the second part of an offer I posted about a couple of days ago. I have been sitting on this news for nearly a day now so you probably already know about the Summer Saviours Beauty Kit – some of you certainly do, especially if you’ve emailed me in the past few days. However, I am a tad late with the news of this launch cause I had a pretty bad day today. I am feeling better so let’s get on with it. Shall we?

The kit is available for purchase here.
If I did not really know what to tell you about the last beauty kit and yet I ended up telling you plenty (I guess), I really do not know what to tell you here.
I only tried two products from this kit. One of the products I tried is the Eve Lom Cleanser. I am sure you have tried it as well. The Cleanser was basically in every single gift and beauty offer for a long while and for some reason, you can still get it today in nearly as many offers. It has been included way too many times for what it is worth, in my opinion. The Cleanser is not that bad, but it is not ‘wow’ either. There are so many products out there now and some are significantly better and I honestly wish we could see some of those instead. This is a product I have no nor ever had any intentions of purchasing and not just because I never managed to run out of it. If you like it, good for you. I am glad at least someone is enjoying it.
The other product I tried is the expensive Revitalash serum. While the eyelash serum is quite good, I really wish they would find a different application method. I don’t know, maybe have it come with a mascara like applicator? I am not fond of the applicator that not just this, but most eyelash serums come with. That is my issue though, not yours. What I can say about the product itself is that it actually works. The serum does help your eyelashes not just grow, but grow stronger. I still prefer the eye brow serum though… the effects of that one are way more impressive IMO.
I have’t used any of the other products nor have I heard of some of them before. I used a couple of things from Shani Darde and did not like them much. I am intrigued by the Summer Fridays CC Serum though and have been for a while. I am also curious about the lip plumping product (I told you I have a thing for these!) but that is about it. Sure, you might feel differently and I hope you do. This is also great opportunity to grab some luxurious beauty products for way less than it would cost to buy them separately. However, if I were to pick between this kit and the one released a few days ago, I would pick that one.
Overall, this is a good opportunity, like I mentioned above, but not one I am impressed by nor one I see myself purchasing.
What do you think of this new beauty kit from Net-a-Porter?
