SpaceNK discovery beauty gift

SpaceNK Beauty Discovery Gift – out now

It seems that SpaceNK is keen on surprising us. Whether that is a good surprise or a bad one remains to be seen. We already know how the last surprise turned out so I don’t have to mention it here again just how disappointed most of us were (ooops….okay, that was totally intentional. It truly does not become me…), but yes, there was a lot of disappointment surrounding the last beauty gift with purchase from SpaceNK. Will this new Beauty Discovery Gift that comes just days later be any different? We shall see

Hmm, now I am a bit on the fence about these gifts. If last time, I was actually a bit more upset about not having seen a full sized gift with purchase, now seeing that there are more such small gifts, I am a bit more pleased about the situation. Once again, these gifts can perhaps attract more people as the threshold for the spending required to qualify for the gift is lower. That is great! At the same time, you can also pick which gift to get (assuming there will be more over the next few weeks). You can grab only the gifts which contain the products you like. However, the fact still remains that if you had plans for a larger, higher price item, such gifts will not work in your favour. These gifts are fine if you planned to get items or one item that is priced around the £60 mark, however they won’t work in your favour if one of your items alone is priced at more. Interesting isn’t it? The “difficult” decisions us beauty lovers need to make?

Contents wise, I prefer this beauty gift over the previous one. The product selection is a bit bette run my opinion, but then again it comes down to personal preferences and needs. Feel free to disagree with me, that is what I am saying.

When ti comes to the products themselves, I can only comment on the Dr Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Peel Extra Strength treatments. These treatments are perfect if you are looking to try stronger acids and you are still unsure whether you skin will handle them well. I would don’t really recommend these for those of you who have never tried any acids before – the gentle version of these treatments is more suitable in your case. The treatments form Dr Dennis Gross are also super convenient and travel friendly. The pads are also pretty effective and nice to have.

Overall, there is not more I can say about this mini gift. I like that SpaceNK attempted something new. It ruins the monotony, but I do wish they would have come out with something better or more impressive. I realise that things are hard right now for everyone and such gifts might make it easier for people to pick up something nice for themselves, but at the same time, since things are not as they used to be, we as consumers might be pickier with how we spend out money and if we are to make an investment, a retailer needs to work harder for our money. Then again, no solution is ever perfect.

What do you think about SpaceNK’s new initiative? How about this new gift?
