This is a pretty cute box. I know, I keep finding myself writing this when it comes to many such boxes, but it is true. With the exception of the body highlighter and the 111Skin serum I own or have owned every other product at some point. The mascara from Too Faced is my absolute favourite mascara on the market. The mascara is highly effective, easy to use, it does not leave me with clumpy eyelashes and just perfect. I am really bad with mascara, but most of all, the majority of the product have a brush that does not for me and a formula that bothers me and makes my eyelashes feel heavy or I feel the need to rub at my eyes. I know it takes some getting used to wearing mascara and you are probably very much used to it. I am not and yet, this product from TooFaced works. A full review of the product is available here.
The Elemis Cleansing balm is luxurious and feels incredibly nice on the skin. It does an amazing job at removing makeup and any dirt. The scent is quite strong though which is one of the reasons why I do not use it often. It is nice, but just a tad too much. However, the product is not just effective, but leaves the skin feeling plump and comfortable. There is no dryness.
I am not going to talk about the REN Skincare toner here as I have yet to make up my mind about it so I am going to hold off on that one until I am ready to post a full review. However, the shampoo and conditioner from Aveda are pretty nice. They leave my hair super soft and nourishes. The scent is interesting, even if a bit old smelling. I enjoy using the product now, there might have been a time when I did not enjoy them as much as they do leave my hair too soft and having flat and soft hair in general, that is the last thing I need. But, the product might be just perfect for those with thick hair or even curly hair.
Overall, I actually recommend giving this box a try, especially if you haven’t tried most of these products until now. Not only are there good products included, but it is a good saving. If you are not in the position or it is better for you to skip this one for whatever reason, do it. There will be many more offers and some coming up quite soon. LookFantastic already has some other beauty box collections lines up for the next few months, but other retailers are starting to come up with more and more offers as well.
On the other hand, if you do want it and you are totally fine to get it, then do not hesitate. This box is a limited edition box so it won’t be around for long. Furthermore, there is no guarantee that there will be something else you will like more in the future.
