Comments
I honestly do not know what to add. I am not super impressed by the beauty box, but this time that is mostly due to the fact that the products included are what you would expect Harrods to include rather than the fact that the contents of the box are not anything special. However, I am pleasantly surprised by the price. The price value ratio of this beauty box is pretty great in general, but more so when it comes to a Harrods beauty offer.
In terms of the contents themselves, I love that they’ve included the Olaplex no . 3 in full size. This is an incredible product and one I absolutely adore using. This is not the first or even the third time I’ve mentioned this, but it definitely saved my hair’s life. The product is what convinced me to give the brand a proper try. Not only did it help mend the bonds in my hair, but also left my hair looking glossy and healthy without effort and without compromising on volume.
Another product that I really like from this beauty box is the Omorovicza Thermal Cleansing Balm. This is a luxurious cleansing balm, albeit one a tad different from what you might have used in the past. It feels more like a spa experience than any other cleansing balm I’ve used before.
Christophe Robin Purifying Sea Salt Scrub is my to go to hair product these days. While the product is definitely purifying and does a great job of ridding you of product build up, it is not the typical scrub. The product is more like a thick, salt to cream shampoo than anything else, at least that is how I see it. The product leaves the hair super clean and also offers it a bit of volume, but without a conditioner, you might find your hair feeling a tad dry. Also, another tip if you end up trying this product is to add a lot of water and not that much product. It might not initially foam and you might find it difficult to rub the product all over your head, but water helps a lot.
I haven’t tried any of the other products, but I do have to say that my experience with Rahua in the past was not the best experience I’ve ever had with a haircare brand. And as for QMS, I am super excited about seeing it included. This is such an overlooked brand or at least it feels like people are not talking enough about it, but every single product I tried by the brand, from hand creams to face masks, felt widely different. The product were also high quality and pretty effective. So while I might have not tried this specific product included in this Harrods Beauty Box, I am still excited about its inclusion.
Overall, this is a really sweet deal from Harrods, more so than I expected it to be. The box overall looks pretty interesting and it is definitely a box worth purchasing if you are curious to try more haircare products. Also, the Olaplex product alone is worth like 50% of the price of the box so…
