Valentine’s Day is not quite around the corner yet, but it never hurts to prepare your gift in time whether that is for someone else or for yourself. While I do not subscribe to this whole commercial holiday that I am pretty certain makes more people feel depressed than happy, I do like the story behind it. However, regardless of my personal feelings in regards to this hallmark holiday, I also appreciate the limited edition beauty boxes and similar offers that retailers try to grab our attention and money with. Any beauty lover would *wink. Below, I present you the latest limited edition beauty box from LookFantatsic, their Valentine’s Day Collection Box.

The moment I saw the box for the first time I thought about getting it. Yes, I am a sucker for pretty boxes which I might or might not for years to come, but at the same time, this particular box contains products we have not really seen before, at least not in this exact fragrance/type. Now, that definitely piqued my interest.
Among those products, I need to mention the Herbivore Cloud Jelly which comes in a full-sized version, the Elemis Berry Boost Mask which I haven’t really seen before as part of beauty offers such as this one. Also, I am surprised to find out that there is a new edition of the This Works Pillow Mist. I was am not fond of the original as the fragrance is not my vibe at all, but so many people love the product that I would definitely be interested to try it out in a different scent.
There is a bit of makeup included in this beauty box which for me it is a bit of a drawback. I still have tons of unopened makeup items that I have no use for, but on this occasion, it does make sense for there to be lip products in a beauty box. One does need to make those lips look pretty and kissable, don’t they?
The Better than Sex mascara included in this beauty box is actually one of my favorite mascaras out there. I mentioned many times before that I cannot really stand mascara, but this particular one works even on my sensitive eyes and lashes. I linked the full review above.
The Dry Shampoo from Living Proof is an amazing product. The dry shampoo might not be one of those that add volume, but it is super light and does not weigh down the hair. It does not tend to leave any residues. As for the Ouai Detox Shampoo, well this is also a product that I purchased several times in full size in the past which if you are a long-term subscriber should tell you something haha. For those of you who are new on here, repurchasing a product rarely happens. In short, the shampoo is pretty good as well.
Overall, I am not as convinced as when I first saw this box that I need it, but I do believe it is a strong option for anyone who is really to start buying new beauty products.
